Chest
Measure around your chest at the fullest
point without wearing a bra. Make sure you measure under your arms, not around them.Before you measure make sure the tape is relaxed and not tight. According to our guide as shown you can find your chest measurement.
Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waistline. Keep tape alongside to the floor and make sure one finger fits in between your body and the tape for a more comfortable fit.
Hips
Stand with your heels together, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the floor, measure around the widest part of hips.
